We manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube depending on the plan. Our entry-level plans cover Facebook and Instagram. Standard and above add LinkedIn. Professional plans extend to Twitter and Pinterest. The Enterprise Plus plan covers all platforms including TikTok and YouTube Shorts. We recommend platforms based on where your target audience actually spends time, not based on what is currently trending.

The Enterprise Plus plan covers 60 or more posts per month. Each post is designed and written by our team to match your brand and engage your audience.

Do you create the content or do I need to provide it?

We handle the full content creation process including graphic design, copywriting, scheduling, and publishing. You do not need to provide anything beyond your logo, brand colours, and any product images or photos you want featured. If you prefer to be involved in content approval, we share a content calendar before posts go live.

Is paid advertising included in the social media packages?

Paid social ad management is included from the Standard plan upward. The Standard plan covers up to 3 campaigns per month across all ad objectives on Facebook and Instagram. The Professional plan extends to all social platforms with up to 5 campaigns and 10 ad sets per month. The Enterprise Plus plan includes unlimited campaigns, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and multi-country targeting. The management fee covers the strategy and execution. Your ad spend budget is separate and goes directly to the platform.

In the first 1 to 3 months you should see improved content quality, growing engagement, and a more consistent brand presence. Follower growth and lead generation typically build more meaningfully from month 3 onward, especially when combined with paid ads. We set clear goals at the start so you always know what you are working toward.

We track metrics tied to your actual business goals, not just vanity numbers. Key metrics include engagement rate, reach, follower growth, website clicks, lead form completions, cost per result on ads, and return on ad spend where applicable. Every client receives a monthly report. Standard and above also get access to a dedicated account manager for ongoing conversations about performance.

Do you respond to comments and messages on our behalf?

Community management is included from the Basic plan upward. This covers responding to comments and direct messages in line with your brand voice. The Standard plan adds reputation management including review monitoring. The Enterprise Plus plan includes 24/7 community management and crisis response.

Can I approve posts before they go live?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We prepare a monthly content calendar in advance which you can review and approve before anything is published. If you want changes to a post, just let your account manager know and we will adjust it. The goal is to give you full visibility without the time burden of doing it yourself.

Do you set up the Facebook Business Manager and Pixel?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Basic plans and above include Facebook Business Manager setup and basic Pixel integration. Standard plans and above include full Pixel integration with event tracking so we can attribute results accurately. If you already have a Business Manager account, we can work within your existing setup.

Is the ad spend included in the monthly fee?

Accepted Answer

No. The monthly fee covers the management, strategy, creative, and reporting. Your ad spend is a separate budget that goes directly to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or whichever platforms your campaigns run on. We will recommend a realistic ad spend budget based on your goals during the onboarding call.
